I am retailer of Vodafone and having a demo sim card, due to my family distarbance I was unable to use my demo sim.
I was having balance of Rs264.48 of demo balance to be recharged for my customer, now the balance showing Rs0.48 when i enquired about my balance from customer care and Vodafone team, no one given me suitable reply, in between I lost my sim card and applied new one which I got it from company.
The company has done fraud with me which they should be punished for that.
I have survive my old mother and 3 children's.
