Vodafone India — Harassment

In special offer there was one month incoming free and reduced outgoing call charges at 45 inr for 28 days. The offer is still showing in my special offer. I have recharged it. After 7 days for incoming call there was a deduction and finally it become zero. I called customer care and they said that there is not that kind of offer to my number. I asked them to transfer the call to higher authority. They started misbehaving and put my call hold for minutes. I have taken screenshot of the offer and attaching it. Again i called customer care and this time they misbehaver more.
