Vodafone India — I am in US and my number is not working for a month inspite of paying bills

Hi, I have submitted several complaints regarding my vodafone postpaid num [protected]. I am not getting any services in US, inspite of paying bills and activating international roaming. I am not getting any response from them and this is a huge problem for me because I need this number active for my internet transactions. Regards, Aastha
