#vodafoneiroaming you are pathetic. Your plan is pathetic. Your customer care department are all 10th fail employees. Forget giving resolutions, they don't know the product itself. You people miss sell. You are third grade service providers. You provide wrong information to your customers and then charge hefty bills. Nobody helps. My complaint is sitting unresolved since 1 month now. And every two days a new person calls me and ask me to repeat same story and the end result is same. We cannot provide any resolution. 10 vodafone executives tell 10 different product details and the funny story is they all are wrong. You have jokers untrained and unskilled employees. You harass a customer sitting outside the country tired of calling your department, tired of repeating my story and tired of receiving calls from the jokers of your office. I am not going to take this # lightly. Will approach consumer court if harassed any further. Even if that means sitting in india and wasting my precious time over you numskulls.

Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I have 2 post paid plans by your executive Mr. Gulshan [protected] and Mr. Anish [protected]. They are miss selling to me. They committed to me for plan 145/- including GST per month each and I have port 2 no. But when I see my 1st bill I see it's 299/- excluding GST since they are treat as foolish. Before diwali my no's service has barred but they not responding to me. It's embarrassing too much then today I am complaining to them. I am axpect prompt response otherwise I will have to complaint on social media and try.
