I would like to draw you attention that i am user for Vodaphone since last 8years.
I frequently get incorrect informantion that bills are received by me & signed by me. I never ever received the bill. That never impacted me.
I got call that my bill is around1100/--however i am using corporate plan_399_ which is enough. I was informed incorrect data usage, when asked the rep to connect this call to Supervisor. He disconnected the call & this is happening since last 5times. Then i was informed sup are not available to address customers concern.
I would like to let you that incorrect billing for data usage is there which is approx465/- as per your rep.
I am not going to pay. I would be paying normal bills. Other wise i would be disconnecting all my vodaphone-[protected] connection immediately in case this waver is not given to me .
Just for yoyr attention your customer service is pathetic & IVR never gets connects to human voice.
