I relocated to europe and for the same purpose, had gotten my international roaming activated.in fact, i subscribed to 2 packs separately - inr 149/month and inr 2999/7 days. However, on arriving here, i was not able to connect to the network i was asked to (Tango). I chatted with customer care and was told to select the network manually. Tried everything, several times. Nothing worked. My money completely went down the drain. I am stuck here in europe and i cannot receive any otp messages in case i wish to make any transaction.
I am an iphone user and also assumed briefly that it might be an issue with my phone. However, i was carrying a spare nexus 5 handset with me, tried the whole activity on this phone several times but, to this date, no luck. Requesting someone to urgently look into this.
