Vodafone India — Invalid Charges

i, I just wanted to make a complaint about my billing issue. From two consecutive bill month vodafone are charging me Rs.99 saying that i have download Ndtv pack .Even i confirmed from your call centre guys, they confirmed that the first month i had download something which charged extra. Now today when i received another bill stating me again that 99 rs has decducted of so called NDTV pack, I havent downloaded anything so how come they charge again.?
