I am Shrikant Pathak. I am using vodafone service and my phone number is [protected]. I have irregularities in my postpaid plan's bill. In Jan I used Rs 100 for 300Mb data plan. On Jan 20 I recieved a message from vodafone that i have consumed 80% of my data. Based on that on Jan 22 I rasied a request for another addon of Rs 100 for 300Mb. This add on is not reflected in the bill. Instead I have been charged on regular rates. For last month I have raised a complaint by dialing on 198 as well as writing mails to vodafone on corporate assist. The only reply that i get from them is that, 3g
plan of Rs.100/- with total of 300 MB free was active and that they have charged for additional usage. They don't tell me why my second add on request is not reflected in the bill and why am i charged at regular rate instead of the rate applied by second addon. If the second addon has not been added into my account I would also like to know where is my request for the addon lost.
For even once they have not tried to answer my query instead they reply saying that they cannot revert the charges as they are correct without any explanation.
The recent development is that they have blocked my outgoing calls, .
