Dear Sir,
I am Rajiv Patel from Vadodara, Gujarat. I am using your network service on my Blackberry Phone as my company Best IT World Pvt Ltd ( IBall ) is using your Corporate Sim Service. I am having troubles with your network service since 3 months after I have shifted to my new house on Vasna Bhayli Road. There is no network for Vodafone in our area. I had registered my complaint at Vodafone customer care office before two months. My complaint number is 9021180. There has been no response from your end since then.
I request an appropriate answer to my complaint as network issues haven't been resolved till date even after registering the complaint. Customer care executive had promised me to resolve issue within 7 working days. Its been two months and more but haven't seen any action on my complaint.
I miss many important calls every day and loose business due to poor network service. I demand an explanation for the poor service.
