I had visited the Vodafone Gallery Thane Naupada, But there was least co-operation from their side. Since it is CP account they are asking for Company's approval of below mentioned signatories whom I am not aware of. I have left the company long back. I was ready to provide the copy of relieving letter but
your staff was stick to only one requirement i.e. approval. Anyhow I am paying the unaffordable bills till now and on what basis I do not have the right to change my plans from postpaid to prepaid retaining my original number, for which they asking Company's approval who is not in picture for so many years. I told your staff that I will not
pay the dues and They replied don't pay, your number will get suspended. This is how you do customer service.
I also mailed to RBS but no response from their side as well.As the authorised signatory which I found are the IT team rather than HR or Accounts team.
I paid for so many years since 2010 from my pocket as reminders and bills for payment were addressed to me for payment. Company is not aware of as well, as even after NPA account the reminders were sent to me only and not Company for payment. I was unaware that Vodafone has linked my account to CP account, which I came to know when I visited their Gallery in Thane last month for modification of plan.They are telling me don;t pay but they are not claiming payment from Company as well, so at the end when the bill amount gets accumalated to larger amount they will ask me to pay else suspend my number which I do not want to get so.
