I have negative balance of rs -395.00, when sim was not being used from past 6 months. How can a pre-paid service provider charge insane amounts in negative cost.
Vodafone customer care washed their hands by stating this is normal, we dont have any information regarding this number beyond 3 months and last 3 months doesn't show any discrepancies.
Abosuletly unacceptable!
