Vodafone India — No response from customer care discrepancy in the bill

Dear Sir\Madam,
I am duraisamy. My mobile no is [protected]. Actually I have been using roaming booster for last 8 months. But as per customer care Feb 26 the plan was deactivated without any information. I have requested for a plan change 1.5 month ago. Still that plan also not changed. Last 5 months every time I have paid more than 200 per month as extra charge. I have send mail to customer care, nodal officer, ever I called nodal officer also. There is no reply, Nodal officer not picking the call . where I have to go?
