Hello Sir / Madam,
I am holding 2 mobile numbers of Vodafone (A&B) out of which B number ([protected]) requested to deactivate on Aug 2014 with request number [protected] with vodafone and paid all the dues Rs.300 as instructed by agent over online. After that we have got confirmation call and confirmed to close the number and reason told that we are going abroad. Since then I am continuing with A number with international roaming enabled and paying roaming charges. All of a sudden number is de activated on18 Feb 2015, without sending any email or sms, when I contacted vodafone, they are saying that payment due (Rs.557) for B number hence deactivated. They are saying due to technical reasons they have not closed the account and billing department imposing monthly charges, for which I am not responsible. I have raised complaint again with request no [protected], that they said B number bill will be waived off and activate the A number, since Feb 18 2015 my A number ([protected]) is not active and I am facing lot of issues as my bank related alerts are coupled to A number. Without resolving the issue, request is closed.

Connected yesterday with vodafone online chat services, 3 different agents raised 3 request ids, still the service is not up and the number is not getting registered at UK.
There is no customer satisfaction, they know how to charge customer in India, dont bother how to service. May be our laws is like that. Consumer support companies are not bother about the service, they only know how to take money from customer even there is a fault from their end.
