Vodafone India — Outgoing Services Restricted

Hi, I got an SMS from Vodafone today morning stating that my outgoing services have been restricted. On calling customer I spoke to one Mr. Giriraj who said I have exhausted my credit limit. On speaking to his supervisor, Mr. Iftekar I was told that multiple users are facing this issue and that it is a Technical Error. It seems the credit limit getting exhausted is not the issue as my corporate plan discounts were yet to be applied. He said that Vodaone DOES NOT know when the issue will be resolved and till then I cannot make any calls. It really is pathetic that the customer service associate is not aware of an existing network wide issue and that Vodafone has NO IDEA when the issue will be resolved.
