I am a vodafone user with mobile# [protected]. I was surprised and shocked when I saw my current bill(Feb 2015) which suggests that my data usage exceeds my limit. When I looked at the bill details closely, I could see that you guys are charging me for data usage of ~240MB which was from 24/02/15-22:10:32 to 24/02/15-23:07:45. How can I download 240MB in that time ? Are Vodafone giving bandwidth which allows a person to download 240MB in a min. I looked in to more details about other entries and I can see that there are charges for 4MB download in two secs.Technically that's not possible and I think there is issue in the vodafone system which is overcharging millions of people like this.
I have discussed this issue with customer care but they are not able to help me. I want you guys to look at my issue and rectify the bill ASAP.
