I am with vodafone from 7th march 2014 and my credit limit is 600 only from the start to till date and my services are barred on every bill generation date that is 6th of every month and i have to pay the bill first to get my services back, i don't even get a hour to pay the bill (bill is generated and services are barred from the very next minute) i cant even increase my credit limit as it is blocked by vodafone.
I have logged network issues thrice also but never got any solution it just says complaint closed after two days. I paid my bill on 6th march at 7:51 and they restored my services at 4:01 am. And mind blowing reply by their 198 representatives that servers are on upgrade and we are not responsible for this. I just don't understand for what are we paying to this company. They don't solve problem and trouble us by barring services for no reason. And the representatives do disconnect the call when i said i want to talk to some senior authority.
