I request to change my IVR Language from Hindi to Tamil from 29/01/2015 more than a week they taken more than three request but there is no response but ticket are closing without resloving the issue i don't know how they doing, they block my IVR, i can't able to call Cust care.
My request no are:[protected] this is for Language Change, [protected] this is for to unblock IVR,[protected] this is for they dectucted my money without any reason.Vijay kumar is Exec who taken this request and he told with in 24 hours it will resolve i don't know how many 24 hours i need to wait.if i call from another network also call is not going.
Cust care is very worst and IVR selection is not easy.very bad bad bad bad bad poor poor poor lazy lazy no respect so iam planning to change for another network, Now they started one popup you will not do anything but amount will be dectuted if you ask Cust care they will some reason, and i went same for Show room i get different answer there is no proper tranning.
