I really wondering about the last month billing for my Vodafone number. The amount is 693.00.
Here is the actual; last month 22-Feb I had activated 250 plan for 3G internet via customer care, he said you will use the internet after confirmation message, but I cannot receive that message, again I will call to customer care and asking to them, she said already activated your plan for 750, I have question to her actually I have activated 250 plan why they activated 750 plan, she said sorry sir, he is activated wrongly without any intimation to you for this 750 plan, so I will deactivated that plan and again activate 250 plan and take a complaint for this wrong activation.(Check the complaint for that date)
Again I have deactivated that plan 22-Feb night and also received deactivation message from Vodafone.
Suddenly last month 28th evening, I have received call from Vodafone, you activated second time internet plan in this month, so you have charged in full amount for this internet plan. I was tell to him, she is not tell to me this type of activations charges, she is clearly telling 22-Feb to 28-Feb you only pay that day rental charges only (aprx-54). Check our recorded conversations. If she is tell how to I accept only for five days to pay 250 rupees and more
This is not in a new, already faced two problems with Vodafone, so that only I am not using Vodafone internet.
This is 3rd time my postpaid plan wrongly charged. I am really upset with Vodafone. Check my last year billing. I am a genuine customer with Vodafone.
Why I am paying extra charges:
First why the customer care wrongly activated 750 plan.
And again the customer care not tell to me, if second time activate the internet plan you will charged full rental.
I will pay the only 5 days rental.
Check the amount of my billing Rs 172.36 and 205.36 this chargeable amount is not my problem
Please again tell, please check with our conversation on 22-Feb. She is only tell to me, you will pay the only rental of 5 days (aprx-54).
My Billing date is 19th, so please clear before billing date.
