I had susoended my number, due to theft of phone, as a precautionary measure on october 8. I submitted a request for reactivation on a new sim card yesterday, 11 october at 11 am. It's 22 hours as i write this, and there is no resolution yet!!
I am an existing customer in vodafone, if you credited the monthly payment for my number through the last few years you also have all the necessary details to reactivate the number.
Your customer care service lacks empathy and skill. Jeeva in your customer care team has not been helpful, i am completely convinced to port a better service provider. Was this information helpful? |
