I recharged my vodafone prepaid number twice accidentally for rs. 230/- & rs. 199/- on 16th october 2019. I called up customer care by dialing 198 to raise a dispute and refund for rs. 199/- recharge. the executive i spoke with said within 24 hrs the amount of rs 199/- will be credited back into my name account of vodafone app. And then very next day i receive a call from vodafone stating that i won't get the amount refunded, inspite they will increase the validity of my service for for another 28 days. I said i don't want to increase the validity, i want the refund back. Because by paying rs. 230 + 199:- 429 rs, i am getting only 55 days of validity, wherein if i recharge for rs 399/- i would get 84 days of validity.
So i asked for the refund, i am not getting the benefits which i am looking for. So i need refund for the same. Vodafone care is denying straight away to give any kind of refund to me back. There services are pathetic, unable to resolve customer problems. The executive was not professional.
