Vodafone India — refund my unnecessary deducted balance

Respected sir my mobile no is [protected].i m a customer of vodafone.my balance deducted of march-3-2015 something about rs 99 automatically.i have not get any information msg or call about this.they deduct money out of it with false excuses.this is the worst customer care i have seen.kindly take the appropriate action and plz refund my balance regard, shashi yadav
