I am a vodafone customer. i had my prepaid number [protected]. One day vodafone executive came with the offer to convert it to postpaid. During the proceedings he also offered a new number [protected]. I used both numbers as postpaid for few months. I had given security deposit 300 rs rupees each for both numbers. When i converted my both numbers back to prepaid the same was not credited to my numbers. When querried at VIman Nagar Pune branch I was told that the executive had not deposited your caution/ security money. This is surprising as this may be a case of fraud by Vodafone employee. This is my one more effort to resolve the issue before the matter gets in to the civil court. Request look in to the matter and credit the security deposit in to my prepaid accounts. thank you
