I have Activated 499 Plan last months and give me 500 3g data usges. last night 11.20 PM i was check DATA BAl to 199 it gives yours 71.49MB free usges balence.
then at morning vodafone msg me your net plan is over and use 66.85 excess
in 1to 29 days i uses 429 mb and only last night (12hr) use 71.49+66.85=138.34 mb its totaly wrong
I am Tanking with customer care It is not Gives Satisfied answer .she is very dum. there request Id is[protected]. this is PLAN change/Talking with this girls reference. even she is not transfer my phone to any team lead.
If your services goes worst then there no option to me change other n/w
I want back My data .
