I have postpaid connection from mnore than 10yrs with orange hutch and now vodafone but recently i have been cheated
I have given the deactivation request in march but since march to july cycle it was charged 99 + gst for every month for 4 months
The customer care executives are not able to understand the problem or doesnt want to reverse even it is vodafone fault
Endless hours are spent for this explaining to every new customer care executive
