Vodafone India — Rs.170/- per minute for International calls?

My mobile no:[protected] I made an International call to Singapore on 26th Feb 2015.Duration of the call is 120sec.(2minute).Rs340/- deducted from my account. I made many complaint to customer care executive regarding this, and I sent so many mail regarding this. They are not providing proper reply.
