Vodafone India — Rs. 99 auto deducted MULTIPLE times from my vodafone prepaid number [protected]

Rs. 99 has been automaticaly deducted 4-5 times from my prepaid balance towards mydala during the last 3 months without my confirmation. I have not subscribed to any such service or offer. In the last 15 days itself, Rs. 247/- is deducted towards mydala. I would like my total deductions refunded immediately into my prepaid balance.
