On 6March2015, 9:50pm when i called vodafone customer care from my number [protected] to resolve my problem relating to DND deactivation, but the customer support agent was talking at very loud voice, i told him to please speak slowly, then he started talk rudely and using abusing language & told me that he will block my number, after five minutes when i called again to solve my problem then another agent pick up the call and talking very nicely i complain against him to the nice guy, but i want strict action against him for talking in abusive language, how can he talk to the customer like that, please take strict action against him asap.
