Vodafone India — Same are still being raised

Dear Sir,

I have above no's which have been ported on 30th Oct. 2014 due to poor connectivity of MTNL net work.

However, I am surprised see, while receiving the following bill's of above from MTNL.

[protected] Rs. 167.00 for period of 1st Nov. to 30th Nov. 2014, same are still being raised.
&
[protected] Rs. 20.00 for period of 1st Nov. to 30th Nov. 2014, same are still being raised.

Sir, this is the position despite receiving of their following mail after my lot of follow-up:

Dear Sir,

Please ignore these received bills and security amount will be refunded you after 60-90 days.

Now, your 24 hours customer care centre or something at School Block, Shakar Pur, Delhi 110092 has informed while visiting on 07.03.2015 that one of my no. [protected] has been blocked by you.

Please look into the matter & advise me
1. Whether I am supposed to pay the dues of both the net work even after porting of no's as you have start charging from 30.10.2014.
2. Pl. inform me the date the blockage of my no. & status of your dues during blocked period as I am not able to use your no. for last number of weeks.

No response from Vodafone,

Whether this is their normal style of delaying or not responding to call/complaint forwarded by your forum.

Even their local office have no answer for blocking out going &amp; charging for those too.

Please should I go to consumer court or some where else.
