There are multiple things.
Firstly, the data connection that never ever works on vodafone network. I have raised multiple complaints over a period of time. But, nobody bothered and their network is again the same. Out of 40 gb/m data, i could only and hardly use about 1gb of data per month you can check my data consumption.
My primary concern is that i had already paid a bill of rs. 300 for december and even then my connection was not made active and my outgoing facility was barred. After raising a complaint with the vodafone customer care, they enabled it for 2 days. Then again it was barred. Then i had to escalate it to the appellate authority. Then somebody by the name kalaiselvi called me and stated that "we have enabled your services and waived of the late payment charges". But, the connection again went off in 2 days and since last 2 days i have no outgoing facility on my number. This is is ridiculous and disgusting. Even after making the payment, the vodafone is not ready to activate my line.
I want to file a complaint / case against vodafone for not fulfilling services even after taking service charges from the customer. Was this information helpful? |
