Vodafone India — SIM CARD NOT YET ACTIVATED

I have taken a Vodafone sim card ([protected]) 10 days back from a outlet and it's not yet activated. No one is giving proper reply.This guy ([protected]) is vodafone representative and no proper response from him too. I would like to escalate this further. Please provide Prepaid Sales DGM number of maharashtra. If this kind of service you are providing ur customers why should I stay with vodafone & would like to port out to Idea .
