Vodafone India — Sim number recycling issue

Dear Team I have one vodafone number [protected]. It was not in use since few months because i was not in town. Now they recycled that number and it has allotted to another customer. Because of that policy i am facing lot of issues and also loss in business. Now they are not giving my number back so i want compensation for same. I sent mail to CEO of vodafone also but no any revert till. So kindly resolve my complaint.
