[Resolved] Vodafone India — Sudden Interruption of mobile network

Since 07.02.2015 morning incoming and outgoing facilities stopped without prior intimation.Twice complain lodged and the Docket Nos. [protected] and [protected] and several times contacted your customer care in Kolkata. Already talk to your customer care supervisors namely Mr. Subhra Dey and Mr. James Anthony. Both of them along with your customer care representative assured me that my problem will be resolved within 24hrs. but till date the problem resolved.
Therefore I would like to know the actual problem lies to resolve the aforesaid issues and what is the basis of false commitment of your representatives?
