Still I have not received any reply from Vodafone. Instead they have sent an email from a lawyer threatening action if we dont pay within 7 days.
We cannot pay Rs. 2500 when we have not even made calls for Rs.300. From where do Senior Citizens pay such high bills. This is just extraordinary amount charged. They have been doing this for 4 months and then reducing it to Rs.300 to Rs.400.
Please contact them and ask them to revise their billing and inform me the amount that I have to pay. They have discontinued the line from December onwards and they are charging me also for January.
