[Resolved] Vodafone India — unable to generate upc code

I am not able genrate upc. Code. It gives me the error message, "hi! You have entered the wrong keyword. Please enter the desired keyword and sms to 1900".
Where as code is correct and same is confirmed from vedor too. Then i called to vodafone customer care. They informed me that due to insufficient balance i am getting given error. But i got same error even after recharge. Please suggest.
