Vodafone India — Unnecessary Charges for wrong Services & misselling

Executive of the company sells me the plan of Rs 99 and tells me no additional charges except the charges for extra calls/sms as per the details of the plan. I get a bill of Rs 458 and unnecessary charges like Rs 75 for itemised bill, 50 for Prepay @ 50 sms plan, reconnection charges of Rs 150 and late payment charges of Rs 25. I never received their bill so didn't make the payment, finally after my no. was disconnected that I thought to make the payment (still bill not received). To my surprise I am told that I they suspended my services and as I made the payment its reconnection so Rs 150 for reconnection charges. Stop cheating the customers. I have finally decided to close the connection. My no. [protected]
