Prior to merger of idea and vodafone, the customer service dept. Was efficient in resolving issues. Last 3 months experience has been a nightmare! The vodafone store employees at churchgate, mumbai have not taken any action in resolving the problems related to my phone calls nor text messages and i notice that i have been charged rs. 1349/- for a line that has not worked for 3 weeks in a row. It is still not functioning and i keep getting messages that the txt msg issue will definitely be resolved in a week's time. I am fed up of waiting in queue at the stores to fix the problems that are at their end.
I would like to dipute the charges that they will collect from my automated payment every month. How do i approach the billing dept. When their complaint centre does not have any solutions since last 3 weeks.

My sim is not getting active. Had called our customer care from yesterday onwards, but they didn't solved yet
