I am using Vodafone prepaid services in Delhi circle. Out of the blue I get messages that your "gaana subscription" or some other subscription is successful. To opt out I have to call 155223. When I call there I get a response that no service is active. But these people deduct balance
Reaching the customer care is next to impossible.
