Hi Sir/Madam
I'm writing this complaint regarding my mobile service Vodafone. I have not activated any service from Vodafone but they are keep on deducting my account by activating unwanted services to my account. I'm customer with Vodafone for past 8 years. Being a loyal customer they are keep on deducting my account. This is the 3rd time they are doing this. I'm totally pissed off because of this. I have also contacted Customer Service but they are also very rude and not giving proper resolution and proof that I have activated it. I request you to take strong action against the people who are responsible for this.
