I have placed an order for installation of ILL service at my project site in Kolkata, West Bengal. I have done the paper work and the location of installation of tower been jointly decided with Vodafone India and my personnel. On the day of final survey before installation, Vodafone India personnel say that the tower cannot be installed at the decided place. If it could not have been installed at the decided place then why did they not see the place during the initial survey while placing the order. I had waited for more than a month and just before installation they tell me that it cannot be installed at the decided place and that the location has to be changed.
Even after this, I agreed that the tower get installed at the new location, I was assured that this matter will be taken up on urgent basis and ILL service will be provided to me within 10 days. But it has already been more than a month that there has been no communication from Vodafone India end regarding the current situation.
I have become fed up of Vodafone now.
I would request you to kindly look into this matter urgently as non-availability of your ILL connection is causing extreme difficulty to my project and is making communication very difficult for me.
