Now adding up, I have faced a very a similar issue, with the corporate TARIFF plans, which does not seems to live or survive,
I have been billed with the revised corporate Tariff plans for the past 5 months from 199 to 249, without any intimation nor prior information.when I came to know about and enquired, VODAFONE store manager replied, its the MARKETING TEAM call, they can revise the corporate plans, if they feel like.for intimation, they have sent bulk SMS.what a stupid process hanging over ????
The surprising thing to know, is that when the same query was enquired through 198, the reply was as below
"sorry sir, it was mistake from the back end team", we will check and will call you within this evening
Guys, be clear and check all your monthly tariffs thru the hard copy bill, before proceeding to pay the post paid charges.
