My name is sonali sachin utekar, i m residing in thane my complaint is that one of your executive has missbehave with me on 11.03.2015, executive name is chandra shegal, city mumbai i tell my all problem regarding my vodafone bill this guy has not behave and not provide satisfyed answer and he disconnected my call when i talk with him. my query is that when i received your vodafone bill the every month your company has charged me Rs 49/- for family and freinds 49, but already they charges me imc0 paisa @ Rs 98, so i want refund Rs 49/- and also thay charge me 100 ln mints @ Rs 40, without my permission they levid this charges in my number. if your company has not refund my charges So i will not paid vadafone bill. please take neceesarry action to this guy and refund my charges.
