Rs 21 has been deducted from my prepaid account on 16.09.2019 without my consent in the name of weekly subscription charge for English Seekho weekly pack. I have never subscribed for such a service. I have the sms message showing that in my phone which I can produce as evidence but I cannot send any screenshot as evidence because my phone is not a smartphone. As per our record, we've informed you that the mentioned number has been charged accordingly as per the standard charges. Hence, we express our inability to refund the charged amount.
