Vodafone India — wrong bill and misguided in plans

sir,
In the month of December-2014 i bought a a new number of vodafone which is [protected] at that time the concern executive told me a plan for the free roaming service and provide me a another number which is [protected]. i bought both of two numbers and paid the Rs 250/- for each sim as security money. According to the plan of vodafone the cost of free roaming will be paid by me with my bill which is 200 + 75 ( for free roaming charges of [protected]) . According to the plan the first bill was came according to the plan but in the second month i found that the bill was came with the plan and bill came with the roaming charges,
I have registered my complaint but no necessary action took place. and today i found mail that bill was came with the excess amount that is 929/-. I am totally misguided by the vodafone executive and by this way they totally harass me by the financially lose. you are requested for the necessary action against this services of vodafone.
