I m using Vodafone No.[protected] for this no i have query. I ve taken this no on 4Aug19 this is my primary no. at the time of taking this no I request to add my secondary no.[protected] for this both no I ve taken Rs.399 red family plan from vodafone customer care office located at NIBM road from Mr.Prashant customer care officer. He assure me that you got the bill under plan of Rs.399. but from the billing cycle i paying both bill separately it from last 4-5 months i ve received separate bill for both no. I randomly call u r customer care & also visited store for this query but as on date they not able to solve my issue. This is not my fault still i m paying the bill. I want waiver for my double payment total approx amount is Rs.4200 in 4months. Vodafone can apply charges as per 399 plan. I m attaching my both no bill & payment history pls check and help me for reversal my excess amount paid to vodafone. hope u understand my problem.
