I dialed 198 on the date of 8/3/15 at 10.05 pm for complaining about getting gprs signal insted of edge.The receiver was not even listening my complaint even, he was rude, miss behaving, his behaviour was very bad and he didn't gave me information.My no is [protected], I think you can get the recording too if trace with my number on above date and time.
Please sir do the needfull I will be thankful to you.

I got mails asking for apologies for the event bt those were not from the domain of company like vodafone.com
Although I think they will not repeat the same again.
