Dear Sir/Madam,
I am Himanshu from Haridwar. I gave clear instruction to disconnect my Vodafone number [protected] in the month of (13/Sept/2014). The number was closed by Vodafone Store and I applied for refund of my security deposit money through cheque on the home address. I visited vodafone store many times and talk to Aamaan and Amit regarding my security deposit. Every time he replied, sir your security will be refund within a 7 working days. These people are making fool to the customer. After that I raise the complaint to the Vodafone Nodal Officer regarding this issue on 02/Jan/2015. I received a confirmation mail from Mr. Ashutosh Nodal Officer UK. In this mail he replied we will refund your security money within 15 working days.Today(04/Feb/2015), still waiting for my security money.
