[Resolved] Vodafone — Regarding false call charges of vodafone

This is regarding your email sent to me few days back for pending Vodafone bill amount around 1600/- Rs.
The issue with nonpayment is, Vodafone closed the connection (incoming/outgoing Stopped) without any prior intimation to me.
I already conveyed my concern to your team to verify and correct my unbilled amount then after I can make the payment.
But without following proper procedure of disconnection they closed the connection.
My Issues are :
1. Due to many cross connections frequently the bill amount increased (Already conveyed to Vodafone customer care team ITPL branch).
2. Unbilled amount needs to be corrected before payment by me.
3. No proper response from Customer care team in ITPL Branch even after many visits by customer.
4. I frequently contacted to the executive named something similar to “Babu” (From ITPL branch) but all the time he started behaving rudely when got to know that we don’t want to continue with the connection any more. (always misbehaved and got reply from him that “you can think anything whatever you feel”)
5. At the time of conversion to post paid connection your team promised to adjust the amount present in Prepaid account with the next bill but still no activity regarding this.
6. The customer support of Vodafone from ITPL is worst as my friend also closed his connection because of these issue only. In this case to whom I can contact for any resolution.
Issues can never end if I explain but the thing here is, Please make the correction on bill amount and tell me then I can make the payment.

I sent many times my concern no body taking care from Vodafone customer care.

So its my sincere request to Indian people not to go vodafone it's better take connection from airtell.
