Vodafone — Wrong billing for downloads

I have been charged unfairly Rs. 247 as download charges in January bill. I have seen a lot of complaints on vodafone in this regard. Every month an individual customer cannot fight for the same thing again & again, So I request to take some necessary action on the concern of deducting unfair charges & troubling the customer.
