Vodafone — Wrong Data Usage for Post Paid mobile number [protected]

I have been charged 80-100 rupees almost every months extra for 4 months in last 8 months billing cycle for my mobile bill. My Post paid mobile number is [protected]. Either Vodafone Messaging system response of DATA BAL TO 111 is faulty or their Bill generation Machine is faulty. Becuase as I am having message response of DATA BAL to 111 in mobile for 2 Feb evening at 9 PM showing 299 MB. As I have switched off the Data Usage from 3 days ( 28th feb, 1st March and 2nd March) so Total Data Usage was constantly on 299 MB and their DATA BAL response machine always responded with 299 MB from last 3 days of billing cycle. On 3rd Feb I checked DATA BAL response and it showed 0 MB consumed and I switched on my Data Package. Now issue is that they are adding data usage of 3rd March also to my total 299 MB. As my plan is of 300 MB they are charging me of 18 MB I used on 3rd Feb. This type off issue has arised 4th time. I have not been given solution. Please help me out. I dont have issue with money but I want them to accept that problem is at their end and request them to resolve the issue
