Was using plan of rs. 799.The signals was not there in my area.So i wanted to Port my number into Airtel.So I called 198 to separate all three numbers on, 17th September 2021.I need not wanted the other two numbers, so I told the person that please close the other number, he told me, Sir please don't close it do it into prepaid, so I told yes.So visited the nearest Vi Store at Datta Mandir, Nashik Road, Nashik.
The executive Swapnil Jadhav, told me that the service are down please come on 21th September 2021, so I visited the vi Store on 21 September 2021 he told me that you have to pay the bill of
rs. 250.I asked him for what reason, he told me that your billing date is 9th, you have to pay the bill from 9thSeptember 2021 To 21 September 2021.I have cleared all the outstanding amount till 17th September 2021, and I have port my primary number to Airtel, so you can also do it into prepaid.He told me that you have to pay the bill then only it can be prepaid.
It is your problem we that your server around from 3 days, and I am not going to pay the Bill.
Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
